Why Did I Become a Scentsy Consultant?
A few years ago, we went to dinner with some friends. One of the friends had a license plate that my husband asked her about..which it stated "Scentsy". We had never heard of the company before. She started explaining alittle about the business. As we left the restaurant, my husband looked at me and said you are crazy if you do not become a consultant in that business. I thought "WhatEver" and wanted to prove him wrong.
I had always worked and made my own money. I came home to be a mom to twin boys. When my boys were about 4 years old. My husband was unexpectedly diagnosed with Cancer. This was a huge reality check. After he went into remission, I wanted to do something to provide some security for my family and make some money. I wanted something that I could work when I wanted and have the flexibility to be a mom and wife to my family.
I called and asked my friend to come show me the Scentsy business. I remember that she came late one night and I told her I would have to think about it. A couple of days later I decided to become a consultant. I am so grateful that I made such a great decision. The only regret I had was that I did not become a consultant when my husband had told me too.
It has been the very best thing I could have ever done for me and my family. I have experienced, traveled and grown since I started this Scentsy journey.
